With our head office co-located in Papatoetoe with our Auckland manufacturing facility, sites in Whanganui and Napier, and a remote team in Australia, you will report to our new Chief Technology Officer, Caio Diehl and work as part of a small, but mighty, internal IT team as you take responsibility for managing and optimising Dynamics 365 and ensuring the D365 ecosystem effectively supports the business’ needs and is continuously optimised for performance and functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, and drive system design, supports data initiatives, and enables integration with other platforms while continuously improving processes and bringing more capabilities in-house.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Analysing business requirements
- Implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 to meet specific business requirements.
- Providing technical and functional support
- Change management and adoption
- Optimizing business processes
- Maintaining system documentation and training materials.
- Ensuring data integrity and security
- Supporting system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
- Coordinating D365 initiatives, including internal and external stakeholder and vendor management, development, testing and deployment of new features.
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Desirable D365 credentials or completed training in the domain.
- 2+ years’ experience using, supporting, administering, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, including modules like Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service, with an understanding of business processes and how they can be facilitated using the D365 ecosystem.
- Experience with wider systems supporting D365, e.g., integrations, data, security access control and design, and the Azure environment.
- Technical skills in SQL, Power Platform, Azure, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and developing effective solutions.
- Expertise in managing, migrating, and integrating data across systems.
- Skills in customising and configuring D365 to meet business needs.
- Experience coordinating Microsoft partners and vendors.
- Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
