Bremworth offers a manufacturer’s warranty on first grade carpet sold through our retailer network only, not on carpets sold as seconds or any outlet stock. However, we recognise all rights of the consumer under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Merchandise marked as seconds or sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.

Prior to purchasing, please make sure you’re confident with your product selection, ensuring it’s fit for purpose and you’re happy with your colour choice.

For a smooth collection, please ensure you have an appropriate vehicle to pick your goods along with your sales order (SO) number, which can be found at the top of your invoice.
