Executive Appointments

The Company advises that Victor Tan has been appointed to the dual position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect immediately.

Board Appointments

Cavalier Corporation advises that the Directors have, following the Annual Meeting of shareholders in October, appointed Alan Clarke Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Board’s Remuneration Committee.

The Directors have also appointed John Rae Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee, a role previously held by Steve Bootten who retired from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
