You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring the customer service team of 7-8 CSRs to make Bremworth famous for Service, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and requirements and tailoring solutions to meet these
  • Collaborating with sales and design teams to offer expert advice on carpet selection and colour choices, and interior design suggestions
  • Streamlining customer service processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Working closely with our internal IT department to continue to develop and refine our systems to increase accuracy and efficiency


About you:

You’ll be known for building great CS teams who love what they do, feel confident and skilled, have fun while smashing their targets and take ownership of finding solutions for customers and ensuring they feel as excited about the company’s products as the sales and marketing teams do. You’ll also be highly organized, metrics and KPI driven and amazing at managing relationships and collaborating with sales, marketing and logistics to ensure problems are resolved quickly and everyone achieves their goals. Being commercially savvy and good with CRM systems and change management is also critical as the business continues to embed Microsoft D365. Whilst experience in a wholesale or retail environment and passion and flair for interior design will be highly regarded, a growth and customer-centric mindset is essential.
